Tuesday morning I was wandering around looking for something fun to do. (Hey, it's Spring Break, the kids are on vacation and so am I!) Looking through a book I came across the idea of making hand prints on potholders, and thought, "I can do that!" So I did. Each day this week I made a different potholder, and practiced my quilting skills while I was at it.I finished the fourth today. Each potholder features one of my children's hand print, and his or her name and favorite color. Now I'm just trying to find a way to display my masterpieces!
